How It Works



The credit repair process involves four major steps. These steps are key to getting you a better score. We will work to help you fix your credit and ultimately improve your credit score by removing any inaccurate information from the report. We want to help you and have made it our goal to help consumers just like you repair their credit

As consumers, you are entitled to certain rights under the law. If you know something to be inaccurate, wrong, unverifiable or misleading, you have the option to challenge the information. Consumers with bad credit need help fixing it and that is where we come in. We can help you fix your credit and get you on the road to a higher, healthier credit score.

Step 1

First step is to identify the problems and issues. This is done by completing a deep credit analysis. Any and all inaccurate information is identified. Then we look at the things that are bringing your credit down. Once we see the issues, we will give you an action plan to start to change things for the better. We will explain to you exactly what you need to do to start building your credit back up.

Step 2

Once all the inaccurate, unverifiable and misleading information has been spotted, we load it into our system and begin the dispute process. We challenge the information by reaching out to the creditor, collector and credit bureau. The process is initiated by sending out letters. From there, we wait about 30 days to see if anything changes or what the response is. You can check the progress of the repair process through your portal.

Step 3

After the report have been updated, we go through the reports again to see what has been changed or corrected .Any changes and updates are noted in your file. We will continue to go through the report and request misleading and inaccurate information be removed or updated. If any item is reported as being verified, we will continue to follow up with the entity that submitted the information to the credit bureau along with the reporting bureau. The goal is to repair your credit and we will see it all the way through.

Step 4

During the credit restoration process, you will be given weekly updates as well as advice and education about how to continue raising your credit score. The education will come via emails, voice broadcast, or online video lessons. We offer a variety of services that you can learn more about through the private online portal. Things like legal assistance, credit monitoring and cards to help you rebuild your credit are all outlined.
